European Venture Philanthropy Association

Venture Philanthropy is an approach to investing in charitable giving that applies venture capital principles to the non-profit and third sector. VP is therefore the natural evolution for private equity professionals who decide to pursue philanthropic activity. The European Venture Philanthropy Association is the only organisation of its kind in the world so far that unites organisations who practice and are interested in this relatively young and recent movement. The association now counts more than 120 members from over 20 countries coming from sectors as diverse as private equity, foundations, universities, private banks, and law firms. Join some of your peers as they strive towards a more active approach to philanthropy and consequently, a more effective manner of affecting change.
